We understand that healing is a deeply personal and sometimes challenging process. If, within 14 days of your session you cannot see any positive results and are genuinely unhappy with the service, you are welcome to request a full refund.

Important Consideration

Please note that a persons spiritual journey is an awakening process which unfolds gradually (one layer at a time). Healing may solve a persons blockages and current issues, which allows the person to advance to the next stage of their spiritual awakening. New experiences may emerge which can sometimes surface new layers of emotions, challenges, blockages, etc. This is a natural process of a persons spiritual unfoldment. Healing helps a person to ‘let go‘ of problems/issues and move forward in their spiritual journey. As one issue is resolved, another may come to the surface to be addressed. While this can feel uncomfortable at times, it is usually a sign of genuine progress.

Our refund policy covers situations where no noticeable improvements or benefits are experienced within 2 weeks.
It does not cover situations where new challenges emerge, as this is often a natural and normal process of everyone's spiritual journey.
