Kizuki Meiso
Awakening Meditation
SHORT COURSE
An advanced meditation technique which is initiated into you so that you can enter a deep meditation with ease.
Overview:
In this unit you will be introduced to key aspects of mindfulness and meditation, including Breath, Body and Mind.
Meditation is a crucial support for self-healing. You will learn how to create the headspace you need in order to learn about yourself and what makes you happy.
Students will learn about the experience of tranquility and how to achieve this state. You will learn how to access the place within you where you can experience your pure intention. Through this experience, you will learn that this is where you need to be when you make choices in life. This central place or state will give you the tranquility and peace to make the right choices. This allows you to make the right choices and this will allow you to make choices that are true to yourself.
Meditation and introspection can help to clarify the mind and assist you in making choices with confidence. Whether you are indecisive with minor issues or at a major crossroad in life, meditation and introspection can give you greater confidence and surety in the path you are taking.
You will be ‘initiated’ spiritually so that you are able to enter these deep meditative states whenever you want, and with tremendous ease.
Through mindfulness meditation, you will be able to realize who you are and what you are doing. It allows you to take more responsibility for yourself and to be more free.
